For many years pure breed competitors did not crossover and participate in creative competitions. The same rang true for the innovative styling competitors. Seldom did you see a competitor well versed and skilled in all aspects of grooming, styling, and coloring the coat on the canine!

ABOUT VWGC

The Virtual World Grooming Competitions are conducted four times a year with a spring, summer, fall, and winter session for live dogs and model dogs. The three competitions are pure breed, free style, and creative. A best in the show is awarded in all three competitions for live dogs and model dogs. The four best in show winners are judged against each other to choose the Best in the World.

If a competitor wins Best in the World in Live Dogs Pure Breed, Free Style and Creative they win the jackpot!

If a competitor wins Best in the World in Model Dogs Pure Breed, Free Style, and Creative they win the jackpot!

Only a few have achieved this goal in the dog grooming competition arena but that has changed! 

 

Let’s give a big shout-out to our team of IJA Judges Diane Betelak, Tammy Colbert, and Sue Wright, who have graced the competition arena with their wins in ALL THREE competitions!  

 

To start the IJA 2021 VWGC Triple Crown, I donated $1,000 to the Live Dogs and Model Dogs in 2021 and Tanya donated $250 to Live Dogs and Model Dogs. Larissa Kalinina also donated $50 to Model Dog. It was a tight race with amazing talent from around the world but not one person dominated all three categories to take the IJA 2021 VWGC Triple Crown Jackpot. I will add $250 to Live Dogs and Model Dogs for the 2022 year and encourage all my industry friends to do the same. Let's make a difference today for a more educated industry in the art of bathing, grooming, and styling man's best friend.
