Crazy Model Dog Rules
Copywritten 2009 IJA Inc. • May not be reproduced without permission

Anything Goes. Single groomers, or salon groups, may compete on one model dog. Groomers will compete during Trade Show hours (and only during Trade show hours) on Friday and Saturday. Competition will take place in booths or areas around the trade show floor, but not in the contest arena. A group may have more than one entry. Color and adornment is permitted. All work, including brushing, must take place during the show. Groomer must provide their own grooming equipment (table provided). Electric is not available and battery clippers are recommended.

There is no start or stop time on Friday and Saturday, so active competitors in other classes may work on their entry when available to do so. Winners (first, second and third) is determined by the number of monetary votes in a container placed in front of each entry. $1 = 1 vote. Groomers may buy their own entry. Model dogs are the property of the show and all model dogs will be auctioned off on Sunday after judging. All funds raised go to Gifts of Love International.
